Yeast is one form of the fungus that can be found in the body naturally. They are usually found in the worm body and other moist areas of the body such as the mouth and in the genital organs. They do not pose any health problem to the host. However, sometimes they can actively grow making them pass the health limit which has great potential to cause oral yeast infection.

In the mouth they appear as thrush forming tracks. These conditions can not be found in someone with good health and has a firm immunity system thus they do not have to look for preventive measure. However, those that have their immunity compromised by several factors are a high risk of getting these yeast infections.

Consequently those peoples suffering from HIV and AIDS, the infant and the elderly people, those with very poor health due to there factors such as malnutrition, undertaking cancer chemotherapy diabetic, those using drugs such as steroids and antibiotics .

When one is already infected there are doctors or dentists that have proper training on how to diagnose thrush and do prescription for the oral fungi condition medication. In most cases these people are treated using anti fungal which is often n a mode that is comfortable such as mouth wash or lozenge .

Re infection after treatment occurs only if the previous predisposing factors have not been removed or dealt with. However if it is clear, the possibility of getting contracted again is slim. On the other hand there are those that have recurrence, these people get re infected because their immune system is committed in fighting another battle of pathogen thus leaving the body defense weak.

The methods t prevent these cells are quite many. However, brushing of the mouth many times in the day may not necessarily mean that you are free of them. But proper medication should be applied to remove them and leave them in a lower level.

The methods that can be used to reduce these thrush is by avoiding alcohol, making sure that your diet does not have processed carbohydrates, skipping food that have white flour or sugary, ensuring that you do not take dried fruits, milk or any edible material containing molds and lastly making sure that your tooth brush is hygienically clean.

The most effective and efficient method to fight these disease conditions is by making sure that you have a balanced diet that help to improve your immune system. Thereby letting the body fights this Oral Infection and eradicates them completely.
