Most Effective Weight Loss Program - Which one to Choose From?

The reasons why people are overweight are always the same; eating the wrong calories, eating the very food that they should avoid and eating at the wrong time.

People are wasting their time with diet pills, but what they are not realizing is that the best cure to weight gain is food itself. It's all a matter of knowing what,how much and when to eat. The answer to your weight gain is food, not diet pills, not even exercise, because if all you do is keep all your bad food habits, you could exercise all you want without losing much weight at all.

Many people eat only 2 big meals a day and some of them even eat only one big meal a day and this is really bad for your weight. This is a bad national habit that so many people need to break if they ever want to see results in their weight loss. Just eat smaller portions more often. You don't have to eat 1 or 2 big meals, just eat 4 to 6 smaller ones.

The mistake of low calorie diets

Low calorie diets are the wrong thing to do when it come to losing weight. That is why they don't work. When you eat low calories your body adapt to that and burn calories only in proportion to what you are taking, and than that's it. As a matter of fact the lower calorie your diet the harder time you will have to lose even a pound or two as time goes on. Eat the right amount of good calories and you will lose weight.

Low fat diets do not work either

It is the same thing with low fat diet. It is not the fat that makes you gain weight, but the amount of fat and at what time of the day you are consuming it. In other words, if you ate what you eat a 10:00 AM after 6:00 PM it will have a total different effect on your body and ultimately on your weight. This is why while having more lower fat foods than ever before, people are more fat than ever before.

When you will have taken away these two myths of weight loss you will have accomplished a lot already and you can get on the right track and start losing weight today.
