Gynecomastia Causes Along With Insights They Give You For Drug Free Cures

By Ryan Keisling

When dealing with gynecomastia causes and treatment plans, the most successful solutions are often reached through examining the most common causes of gynecomastia. They can be separated into three distinct areas; hormonal imbalances, specific drugs(prescription and otherwise), and various health conditions. We are going to examine each in a bit more depth, for in the root cause we often find a reliable road-map to successful treatment and in many cases a cure.

Gynecomastia causes regularly trace back into an imbalance between the hormone testosterone and estrogen. Often, the decrease in testosterone at the very center of the issue results either from conditions that will either block or limit testosterone, or conditions which extraordinarily raise estrogen. What exactly are a few of these gynecomastia causes and how can they be treated to help cure gynecomastia naturally without having to use prescription drugs or chemicals.

Very frequently, gynecomastia symptoms will emerge because of normal hormone modifications. Despite the fact that many consider estrogen to be a hormone exclusive to women, not too many know that men may produce it too, although in much smaller amounts. When a man's estrogen levels become way too high, and become out of balance with testosterone levels, this condition can cause gynecomastia.

Even though hormonal surges and decreases are probably the most common cause of manboobs, several prescription medications and substances have always been associated with the onset of "gyno". These include;

Anti-androgens utilized to treat prostate enlargement or cancer and several other disorders and androgens

Certain AIDS medicines Certain anti-anxiety drugs and antidepressant medications

AntibioticsCertain ulcer drugs treatments (radiation treatment) medications

Last, but certainly not least, gynecomastia is caused by certain medical conditions. Just as before, it is not as much the medical condition itself, but the fact that either the condition itself or the treatment has a tendency to affect hormone levels. Some of the widely known conditions which could give rise to the development and growth of male breasts include;

Virtually any disorder that inhibits normal testosterone production, such as Klinefelter syndrome or pituitary insufficiency

The aging process. Hormonal changes which come about with normal aging can cause gynecomastia, particularly in men that are chronically overweightTumors. Some tumors, which include those involving the testicles, adrenals or pituitary gland, can produce hormones that change the male-female hormonal equilibrium.

Hyperthyroidism - With this condition, the thyroid gland produces too much of the hormone thyroxine.

About half those being treated with regular hemodialysis experience gynecomastia due to hormonal changes failure and cirrhosis. Hormone fluctuations associated with liver problems along with medicines taken for cirrhosis seem to be associated with gynecomastia.

Lack of nutrition and starvation. When your body is lacking ample nutrition, testosterone levels fall, but levels of estrogen stay constant, causing a hormone imbalance.

Herbal Products and Plant oils, like tea tree or lavender, found in shampoos, soaps or creams have been connected to gynecomastia. This might be due to their weak estrogenic activity.

As you can see, although there are a lot of potential causes of gynecomastia, nearly all are traceable and manageable. The critical thing to recognize is that there is certainly no instantaneous magic pill when thinking about treatment solutions and cure. We always suggest a natural system, bypassing drugs, chemicals, and surgical treatment except when utilized as a last resort.
