The Effect Of Male Hormones On You And Others

By Saleem Rana

Do you know someone who is lacking motivation, experiencing hair loss, or decreased libido? How about weight gain around the waistline, loss of muscle mass, or suffering from depression, irritability, or continuous fatigue? If so, then read further to learn more about the latest breakthroughs in hormone therapy.

Dr. Prudence Hall, M.D. is the Founder and Medical Director of Functional Medicine and Gynecology. She spoke on Answers For The Family Talk Radio about how male hormones affect men's general health, wellness and vitality.

Working with hormones since 1984, she's concluded that when men's hormones decline due to aging or excessive stress, they suffer from a condition called "Low T Syndrome." Symptoms may be initially subtle, but they will increase over time as the deficiency gets more pronounced.

However, Dr. Hall pointed out that low hormonal levels in men was not just a sign of aging. When soldiers in their early 20s in war-torn Iraq were tested for low testosterone, they measured at the levels of pre-pubescent boys. This indicated that low T scores are not just caused by aging.

After witnessing such dramatic results from her patients using hormone therapy, Dr. Hall turned away from her busy surgical practice and devoted her time exclusively to the field of natural, hormonal treatment.

Dr. Hall mentioned how natural bioidentical hormones, made in a laboratory, were identical to the hormones naturally present in human bodies. She also said that human growth hormone therapy, HGH, was essential for males over the age of forty- five years, particularly if they showed symptoms like weight gain, muscle mass decline and low metabolism.

Cardoza was distressed to hear that despite a large body of evidence establishing that hormones help males remain cancer-free, healthy, virile and active at all ages, medical science was still using antediluvian methods to prevent or treat prostate cancer, high blood pressure, and numerous other serious diseases.

Dr. Prudence Hall, who has has been featured on many national television shows, is best known for her groundbreaking work treating both men and women with bio-identical hormones. The founder of the "Hall Center Venice", she is one of the pioneers in the field of bioidentical hormones.
