Eyebrow Shaping Is not only For Women

By Charlie Breckenford

Eyebrow shaping isn't just for women. Things have changed and today, there are plenty more men who have finally seen that the woman in their partnership actually likes the concept of a guy who isn't an entire slob. A lot of women prefer men that behave like they care (a little bit) about the whole they look. Gone are the days when women were the only ones expected to take some time to their appearance.

No matter whether you are a man or a woman, there are a few easy to follow tips for brow shaping that will help you to get a great appearance:

1. Firstly, if you're able to afford it, use a professional do it. In many salons you can get a great eyebrow wax simultaneously you are getting a hair style or cut. The actual price will be different from one part of the region to another but for the greater degree, adding an brow wax ought to be a fraction of the price of your typical haircut.

2. In the event you just can't afford to have it done for you, or perhaps if you are just one of the individuals who like doing things themselves, you can do it in the home too. You can either make use of tweezers to pick your eyebrows otherwise you can use hot wax. Both methods will work, with each having it's own advantages and disadvantages so it is really only a matter of finding the method you're feeling most comfortable with.

3. Another tip you have to keep in mind is that you go very slowly whilst shaping your eye brows. If you screw up and take off a big section of one of the eyebrows it will appear twice as dumb as you must also make your opposite brow a similar shape and thickness (if you do not, it will look a whole lot worse!).

4. Use a magnifier mirror in a nicely lit room in your house.

5. Make sure your eyebrows are neat and dry before you begin.

6. Take some scissors and thoroughly clip any extremely long hairs.

7. Next identify the fundamental shape of your eye-brows. Most people should simply try to remove excessive hairs that are not an area of the main brow as opposed to going crazy and trying to entirely reshape their brows.

8. Slowly and punctiliously remove any extra hairs from above or below eyebrow.

9. Make sure you target those annoying hairs that are between your eyes so you aren't bound to a uni brow! Furthermore, tidy up any obvious stragglers to the look of your eyes so you can end up getting a fresh, neat brow.

I've done it for both; I have had my hairstylist do my brow shaping for me as well as I've done the job myself, and I can tell you... the stylist or beautician does a better job! If you're able to afford it, hand it over to a professional. If you can't pay for it, then try this advice.
