Vitamins are Vital for Promoting Facial Hair Growth

Puberty is something every teenager grows through with tension and anxiety. They feel insecure as they are not sure how to cope with the hormonal changes taking place in their bodies. They yearn to sprout good facial hair so that they attain adulthood quickly and people stop treating them like kids. However, it is essential to learn how to cope with these growing pains and do whatever is required to understand how to grow facial hair quicker.

The rate of growth for hair depends to a large extent on your genes. It is normal for teenagers to become very concerned when they find that facial hair is very sparse. Several remedial steps can be taken to try and hasten the growth. The bottom line is one has to be consistent and dedicated to caring for their bodies during their growing stage.

The most fundamental factor that is crucial to nourishing one's body and hair is their diet. Unless one consumes enough of the right nutrients, they cannot expect to see any radical changes. A balanced diet includes fats and carbohydrates with proteins and other minerals. Vitamins such as A, B and C has to be taken in sufficient quantities along with the diet.

The other important aspect is the amount of sleep and rest that one gets. Most teenagers hardly sleep and the results are seen when they start sprouting hair that is weak and brittle. Growth remains stunted and this affects the facial hair growth. Therefore it is vital to get a lot of rest for the body to rejuvenate during this growing period.

During the teenage years, it is normal to be overly stressed out for various reasons. Coping with hormonal changes in the body, coupled with classroom activities, can cause undue stress, which in turn is responsible for slow facial development of hair. Therefore, one should try to counter these problems, by trying to de-stress and find ways to stimulate hair growth by exfoliating and moistening the face regularly and discover how to grow facial hair quicker.
