Maintaining a Holistic Abs Routine

Having small frequent eatings with the correct quantity of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins will contribute to faster metabolism, lesser cravings, and therefore, weight loss and muscle building.

As for fluids, think that when you exercise, you effort a lot and miss a lot of fluids in the body.
