The real fact is that, when we are trying to shape up, the physical exercise truly isn't enjoyable; it is definitely hard work. Getting your body fit doesn't feel good, even though we do feel an endorphin rush. Although we sometimes get endorphin rushes, our muscles and joints experience discomfort, we get tired and for a while we sort of loathe our bodies.
