Chest exercises such as basic push ups can tone that area in no time turning saggy flesh into pecs that are admirable. In addition to exercises like this that target muscle, use cardio vascular exercise to shed pounds. If you make sure your whole body is healthy you'll see the benefits and feel much better.

Make your body something that you are more comfortable with and you'll notice both the physical and psychological benefits in the long term. Surgery doesn't need to be the answer as there are many options available to you.
