Never consume loads and loads of food in just one sitting rather have 5 to 6 small frequent meals a day. Eating small frequent meals a day helps your body to release lesser insulin, which maintains our blood sugar at a normal level and even helps us to control hunger. The less hunger you feel, the lesser you're tempted to eat.

When you're at home, assign yourself a washing chore, it could be by scrubbing the floor, washing the windows, doing the laundry, etc. Activities like these help out by burning approximately 4 calories in every minute.

Do some brisk walking before having dinner, you not only get to burn excess calories but you also get to cut down your appetite. The lesser your appetite, the lesser food you eat. The lesser weight you gain.
