The Kegel Exercises For Men

Just after the introduction of the Kegel exercises for women, the Kegel exercises for men also followed the suit. Unlike women, in which case the exercise is used mainly for straightening urine flow problem, in men it serves many purposes. Primarily it gives relief from untimely urine flow problem, and furthermore it helps avoiding pre-mature ejaculation. It is also useful for people who experience pain and swelling due to the inflamed prostate gland. Other benefits, pertaining to the sex life, have also been reported.

Just like women, men also can perform this exercise in a similar way. You should, however, know which muscles you need to exercise. To know this, when you go to the toilet for urination, just try to stop the urine flow completely. Then you will observe that the muscles enabling you to do that require exercising even outside the bathroom. Then you can do these exercises anytime and anywhere as you wish. Though many men do so at irregular intervals, it is helpful if a routine or a distinct pattern is followed to complete the exercises.

Doing Kegel exercises for men twice a day for 5 minutes duration each is good. For people suffering from minor urinal flow problem, this module would be helpful. However, if your troubles exceed a particular limit, then it will be necessary to increase the time for your exercises. You always need to do the exercises in a definite squeeze-hold-release pattern. One set of this pattern approximately takes 5 sec to complete. But in the advanced stage, where it is required to go for a tougher pattern, you can try to hold for more than 10 sec before releasing.

While there are many machines in the market that allow you some support to do these exercises, it is not necessary that you purchase them. It is quite easy to do Kegel exercises for men without taking any outside help, and betterment targets can be achieved easily. You first try yourself doing these exercises. If you are finding it hard initially, try to do it for seven days and then you must see some change in you. Initially the results may not be what you really expect, but with time you will improve. Even though the easiest thing to do is to give up the hard work and resort to some external support machine, what's wrong in giving a try when you can reap all benefits without ever spending money?

Kegel exercises for men can be very useful and can help fight one of the most talked about problems of old age - inconsistent urine flow. You can try doing the exercises whenever possible, even when on a holiday and no one would know. Even if you are in your office, simply taking a break and going to the bathroom, you can quickly do the exercises if you want. It's so easy! Moreover it can even improve your sex life, which may be enough motivation for you to proceed and do these exercises.
