Cardiovascular problems are the main concern with a higher incidence of myocardial infarctions, CVAs and hypertension. It is thought to be related to less oxygen being taken up by blood from the lungs. This means your heart & blood pressure respond in an attempt to maintain safe oxygen supply to your organs. Over the course of months & years this eventually causes damage and leads to heart & blood pressure problems.

Do not ignore snoring thinking there is nothing that can be done. It is vital you take steps to reduce the risk of snoring & nip the problem in the bud before it is too late.
