We ordinarily talk about how growing older limits us when we discuss slowing down the aging process. Naturally, it is true that we are all different with varying metabolisms. Nonetheless, the intent of this article is to talk in terms of keeping young rather than growing older.If we talk about longevity, sure enough the aim of a long life is to be able to be active enough to bask in our later years and to live as independently as possible.
