Eat fruits on their own, and, preferably on an empty tummy. To avoid digestive discomfort, consume only one food type each meal, or blend the various food types as follows: sweetly flavored fruits with acid fruits, or sour fruits with sub-acid fruits. Always eat melons by themselves for best digestion.

A good number people aren't aware that proteins, carbs, and fruits all require varying time intervals prior to digestion is finished. High protein foods are not totally digested until four hours after consuming, while carbohydrate foods digest completely in only two hours. Don't consume carb foods for four hours after consuming protein, for example.
