One advantage that the refinished flooring has over laminate flooring is that has real wood while the laminate uses a large amount of synthetic material.

Wonder how this can be done? A strip of hardwood is fixed to thicker strip of synthetic material which gives a genuine hardwood appearance and using the hardwood on the surface but which is easy to install at less price.

One of the other advantages of using this flooring type is that just as the way the traditional wooden can be refinished so can the refinished flooring and also different varnishes can be applied to change it appearance. This is possible because this flooring is also real wood.

There is no need for a complete change when the refinished flooring is scratched like the laminate flooring. This because the refinished flooring can be sand down and another varnish applied to give it fresh new look.

It is very easy to install this floor because you do not need even to use glue like the laminate flooring as it just fit together. Using the floor need just a few hours after its quick installation process.
