Since we all start smoking while still teenagers, we have to ask ourselves why? Talking to a teenager about a bad habit of his is never easy and if it is not done right, you can not expect a truthful answer. Numerous educational programs that were meant to make people quit smoking concluded that the average starting age is 13 -14 years. The decision to smoke comes out of a complex of factors that include attitude, social factors, social pressure and own personal beliefs.

Smokers that want to quit are not consistent in decisions. At the first stress sign, when they are handing stock investments or carrying on with they jobs, they immediately return to the bad habit. Reducing stock trading stress can help some people stay away from cigarettes, and programs like Forex Trading Machine do simplify things a lot.

Young people can also start smoking if they are influenced by a number of outside factors. If for example, a family member the child looks up to smokes, in time, the child will want to smoke as well.
