How to produce more sperm - Do it yourself

Sperm production is a natural phenomenon. However, the sperm count can decrease because of a number of practices that we follow. There are some methods which can help men to produce more sperm and this is important because of the fact that more the sperm is produced, the better a man performs in bed and this allows to have a healthy sexual relationship which translates into a better life. However, most men have the same question - how to produce more sperm? There are simple methods which you can do it yourself and you will soon realize that you are in control of your life. Let us cut short the introduction and find out how to produce more sperm:

- Avoid bad habits: Alcohol, tobacco, marijuana etc. are bad habits and they are known to reduce the sperm count. It is because of this reason, it is essential to give up those bad habits and the sperm count will increase significantly.

- Avoid regular ejaculation: Whether you masturbate or whether you do sex, regular ejaculation will reduce the sperm count significantly. This is because; it takes time to produce sperm. Give a gap of 2-3 days between two sessions of sex or masturbation and this will help in increasing the sperm count.

- Avoid heating of the testicles: If the testicles get heated, the sperm count decreases. This generally happens in the following cases: wearing a tight pant, wearing tight underwear, taking shower with warm water, sauna etc. Wear loose pants and underwear and take bath with water at room temperature. Wash your testicles with cool water and you will find that you are producing more sperm.

- Avoid stress and worry: These two things can adversely affect the sperm count. It is therefore better to make sure that you avoid these things. Meditation and yoga can help and hence, you can practice these to produce more sperm.

- Avoid fatty food: Fat is known to decrease the levels of testosterone which is the main hormone responsible for creation of sperm. They more you consume fatty food; the more is the decrease in the level of sperm, because fat starts to accumulate in the body.

- Avoid caffeine: In office, how many cups of coffee to you drink? Never counted right? Count it and you will be surprised by the amount of coffee you drink. This increases the level of caffeine in the body which decreases the sperm count. Soft drinking too much of coffee and you can find that you can produce more sperm.

- Avoid dehydration: Most of us do not realize that we do not drink the amount of water we need to drink and we end up having a dehydrated body. This leads to some physical complications and the most notable being the decrease in sperm count. Drinking plenty of water helps in increasing the sperm count.

The above methods are simple things which can answer your quest of how to produce more sperm. Practice them and you will definitely see the results.
