How To Increase Sperm Volume - Everyday Practices

If you are dealing with the problem of reduced sperm count, you must make sure that you take proper stems to restore your sperm volume. But, the question is - how to increase sperm volume? There are a few methods which are actually everyday practices and you can use them to restore back the volume of your sperm and enjoy a happy life which involves healthy sexual relationship with your partner. But what are those everyday practices? Let us take a look at those measures which can help you to gain back your confidence.

- Quit all your bad habits. Quit tobacco and alcohol and quit marijuana and any other bad habit that you have. These things are known to reduce the sperm count and hence, you must make sure that you quit them for a boost in the level of sperm volume.

- Keep your testicles at normal temperature because if your testicles become warm, i.e. their temperature increases, you will have to face the problem to reduced sperm volume. The best way to prevent the increase in temperature of your testicles is to ensure that you avoid wearing tight pants and underwear and even avoid bathing with warm water. Whenever your testicles become warm, wash your testicles with cool water.

- Reduce or better give up the consumption of fatty food because fat is known to inhibit the production of testosterone. Testosterone is a hormone found in men, which is responsible for production of sperm. So, if you need to increase the volume of sperm, you need to eat foods which are free of fat but rich in vitamins, mineral and proteins.

- Having sex everyday can be really thrilling but everyday se will mean ejaculation of sperm every day and this will cause depletion of the sperm volume. The testicles need time to reproduce the lost sperm and hence, you must ensure that you maintain a gap of a couple of days minimum, between two sexual encounters with your partner. If masturbation is your only mode of getting relief for the time being, you will still have to maintain a couple of days gap.

- Drink a lot of water so that you can stay hydrated. Hydrated body is capable of producing more sperm and hence, you must drink plenty of water but within clinically advised limits, which is not more than 3 liters.

- If you are stressed for some reason, use meditation and yoga and you will find that you stress will go away. But what is the relation between sperm and stress? As stress increases, the sperm level goes down and hence, you must get rid of your stress as soon as possible.

- Consumer less caffeine. This is because, caffeine is known to reduce sperm count and hence, it is suggested that you reduce your caffeine consumption level gradually.
