How To Increase Sperm Count - Factors That You Need To Know

I believe that being infertile does not mean that one has to believe in the myths and misnomers which overflow humanity. It is not necessary that a person is infertile by birth and do not have any chances to get back his fertility and be a man again. There can be many reasons which cause infected semen and low amount of sperm. They can be tight underpants, overweight in which the layers of fat sag on the testicles and it may be the fact of bathing in very hot water or sitting in a place for long hours.

Frequent semen ejaculation, excessive smoking and drinking, use of anabolic steroids may be the other causes. "How to increase sperm count?" is a matter of concern but there are ways of increasing sperm count! I will take you through a few ways by which one can increase the sperm count and the quality as well!

- Have less sex and masturbate less often (at least maintain a gap of 2 days between the two consecutive ejaculations).

- Stop smoking and drinking. Alcohol affects the liver causing high amounts of estrogen production which decreases the production of sperm. Tobacco and marijuana are known to reduce the sperm count and hence, get rid of these bad practices.

- Keep your body hydrated. Drinking plenty of water can help you to get rid of many health problems and at the same time, it can actually increase the sperm count.

- Exercise the PC muscle regularly and you can shoot even further than you did ever before.

- Wear loose under garments and have bath with water in room temperature. Do not heat your testicles! Overheating of the testicles is known to reduce the amount of the sperm created. Try to wash your testicles with cool water after taking a bath with warm water.

- Try not to ride cycles too much. Excessive cycling can cause trauma to the testicles and this can significantly reduce the sperm count.

- Shred excess weight so that there are no testosterone or oestrogen imbalances. If you are obese, and you have a job that requires you to sit for long hours, make sure that you take small breaks of 5-10 minutes and practice brisk walking. This will help to increase the sperm count.

- Try yoga to reduce stress and relax. Stress can actually lead to the reduction in the sperm count. Meditation and yoga help in development of sperm and also helps in maintaining the motility of the sperm

- Make love early in the morning or in the afternoon. Sperm levels are generally high then!

"How to increase sperm count?" is not a difficult question to answer but maintain the tricks of increasing sperm count is necessary. It is however, not difficult and increasing sperm count can make you the dream man for your girl and you can maintain a healthy relationship and you can stay a sexually happy couple.
