How To Increase Semen Volume - Self Help Methods

- First thing that you need to do is to control your food habits. You need to take out fatty food from your diet. This is because of the fact that fat get stored in the body. This fat then prevents the normal production of the hormone known as testosterone. This hormone is responsible for production of semen. If the hormone level goes down, the semen volume will go down. Solution? You need to avoid fatty food and add food which is abundant in vitamins, minerals, proteins etc.

Give a gap between two sex sessions. A gap of 2-3 days works the best because the testicles get a chance to reproduce the amount of semen lost during sex. The same applies for masturbation.

- Fourthly, you will be surprised to know that the tight pants and underwear that you wear every day increases the temperature of the testicles and hence, the volume of semen decreases. Solution? You really cannot avoid wearing those clothes and hence, you need to make sure that when you are at home, you wear lose pants and if possible no underwear.

- Fifthly, you need to remember that taking bath with warm water will have same effect as tight pants and underwear. Solution, either avoid warm water bath or wash your testicles with cool water after warm water bath.

- Sixth, you need to get rid of all your bad habits like smoking, alcohol etc. These bad habits actually reduce the sperm count and the volume of semen is reduced. Getting rid of the bad habits may not be easy but that is not impossible as well.

- Seventh, if you are in stress, you are in trouble, Not only mentally but also physically. Stress leads to depreciation of the overall health and in particular, it is responsible for reducing the semen level. Use yoga and meditation to reduce stress and increase the level of semen in your body.

So, if you can, you must follow these methods. These will help you to increase semen volume and you can enjoy a healthy sexual life without the fear jeopardizing the relationship with your partner. These are simple and easy methods and they can be easily practiced.
