Increase Sperm Volume - Basic Remedies

Many people all over the world are facing the same problem of reduced sperm count and they are looking for some basic remedies which can help them to increase sperm volume. Definitely there are some remedies which can help but you will have to ensure that you follow the remedies properly and do not give up easily. Let us find out the different remedies which are available.

Drink water. Water helps to keep the body hydrated and a hydrated body is capable of producing more sperm. Do not drink more than 3 liters of water a day because this can actually be dangerous because 3 liters is clinically approved volume from any adult.
Eat healthy. Avoid food which contains fat. If fat accumulates in body, it hampers the production of testosterone. Low levels of testosterone will mean low levels of sperm. So, avoid fat and eat food which is rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins.
Maintain temperature of your testicles. If the temperature of the testicles increases, the sperm count falls. This can happen because of the following reasons:
- Wearing tight underwear.
- Wearing tight pants.
- Going to sauna.
- Taking bath in warm water.
Try to avoid these things as much as possible and occasionally wash your testicles with cool water. This will help in temperature maintenance and also it can increase sperm volume.

Sex is an essential part of life but you must refrain yourself from having sex every day. This will not give the testicles enough time to replenish the amount of sperm ejaculated during last session of sex. Maintain a gap of at least 2-3 days between two sessions of sex. This will allow the testicles to increase sperm volume. The same goes true with masturbation. Maintain gap and your sperm level will increase.

Avoid alcohol and other things of bad habit like tobacco and marijuana. These things actually reduce the sperm count. Quitting these things will allow you to enjoy increased sperm volume and at the same time, the sperm quality will also increase.

Caffeine is also not good for sperm. Caffeine reduces the sperm level and hence, you are always advised to get rid of caffeine and if you cannot, you need to reduce the caffeine intake.
In case of stress and any kind of worry, you need to get rid of the same as soon as possible because of the fact that stress significantly reduces the sperm count. The best way to increase sperm volume in this case is to go for yoga. Yoga will remove stress and will help to increase sperm volume.

These are some of the most basic remedies which can be used to increase the sperm count. However, this is not the exhaustive list and there can be other methods as well which can help to increase sperm volume. But, if you are using these methods, you can be sure of the fact that you will get results. You need to be a little patient because results will take some time to show up.
