How To Increase Sperm - The Solutions

Millions of people in different countries of the world face one big problem - the problem of decreased sperm count. They all have the same question in hand - how to increase sperm. While increasing sperm is not really something very easy, it is not difficult as well. It is not easy because of the fact that people need to maintain a few things which includes adopting some good practices and giving up the bad ones and also, they need to maintain a few things diligently. The first solution to the question - how to increase sperm comes packed in your food container. Make sure that you eat only healthy food. Avoiding fatty food is a paramount necessity when it comes to fight the problem of low sperm. The more is the intake of fatty food; more is the accumulation of fat in the body. As the level of fat increases in the body, it hinders the production of testosterone required for the production sperm. As testosterone levels go down, the level of sperm follows the trail. So, make sure that you eat healthy food which includes vitamins, proteins, minerals etc.

There is nothing to be ashamed of the fact that you love sex. Every man in the world likes sex! But that never means that you must have sex every day. Having sex everyday will not allow the testicles to reproduce the sperm at an equivalent pace with which the sperm is ejaculated. It is because of this reason, you must maintain a difference of at least 2 days between two consecutive sexual encounters. This will allow the testicles to reproduce the sperm that is ejaculated. In case you masturbate, make sure that you maintain the same logic of 2 days gap.

Never allow the temperature of the testicles to increase because when the temperature increases, the sperm count decreases and the sperm quality also drops. This generally happens with those people who wear pants and underwear which are tight. A tight enclosure naturally increases the temperature of the testicles and the effects start showing gradually. You must also try to avoid having bath with warm water for the same reason. If you have no option but to use warm water try to massage your testicles with cool water to reduce the temperature.

In case of any kind of stress, it is very important for you to deal with the stress as soon as possible because stress is known to reduce the sperm count. So, how to increase sperm during periods of stress? Never think that stress will go away on its own. You need to take steps. Meditation and yoga are the two tools which can be used to fight stress. This will also help you to increase the sperm count. However, be regular with the practice. Don't stop after a day or two. Results don't show up quickly and they will take some time!
