Increase Sperm Volume - A Guide To DIY Methods

Decrease in the level of sperm volume is one of the major problems in today's world. People from all around the world are facing the problem. The main reason for this problem is the lifestyle and the subsequent problems are none by the bad habits which they follow. For maintaining a healthy sexual relationship with their partners, people must try to get rid of these problems because if the happiness in sexual life is ruined, it is reflected in the family life as well as other spheres of life. - Have sex less frequently. This will give your testicles the necessary time to reproduce the volume of sperm that is lost during sex. The frequency of sex must be once every 2-3 days. This is true even for masturbation.

- Eat food free of fat because as fat accumulation increases in the body, the level of testosterone decreases because fat hinders the production of the hormone. This results in the decrease in the sperm count because testosterone is necessary for production of sperm.

- Get rid of your stress as fast as you can because stress reduces sperm count. The best thing to do is use meditation and yoga. These will help to take off the stress quickly and your sperm level can increase.

- Avoid wearing tight pants and underwear. This increases the temperature of the testicles. When the temperature of the testicles increase, the sperm volume goes down. This also reduces the quality of the sperm. Also, try to avoid taking bath with warm water because of the fact that warm water increases the temperature of the testicles.

- Give up all your bad habits like alcohol, marijuana and tobacco. These things are known to reduce the sperm volume.

- If you are in a habit to consuming excessive caffeine, stop that as well because caffeine is known to reduce sperm volume and the sperm motility.

- Drink plenty of water. This never means that you must drink more than 3 liters of water (this is the maximum that one healthy adult must consume). A properly hydrated body is capable of producing more sperm.

Using the above mentioned methods, you can easily increase the sperm volume and quality. This is absolutely necessary because a decrease in sperm count is responsible for infertility. If you become infertile that is simply going to ruin your family life and push you in emotional distress where you will start losing all your ends. Thus, since you know how to increase sperm volume, regain you confidence and make your woman happy.
