The main problem many men face today is that of infertility due to low sperm count. - Avoid Food Which Can Increase Fat: Avoid all kinds of food which are responsible for increasing the fat in the body. When fat increases, the level of testosterone decreases which results in the decrease of the sperm count.

- Yoga And Meditation: If you are in stress and if you are emotionally distressed, practice meditation and some yoga. Stress, worry etc. are known to reduce sperm count and at the same time, they bring with them a long list of other ailments. Practicing meditation and yoga will help in reducing the stress level and it will enhance the sperm count.

- Bath: Avoid taking bath in warm water. If you need to take bath in warm water, make sure that you wash your testicles with cool water to keep your testicles cool. This will increase the sperm count.

- Avoid Riding Too Much Of Bicycle: The more you ride bicycles, the more trauma it gives to your testicles and hence, the sperm count keeps decreasing. Avoid excess bicycle riding to improve the sperm count.

- Sex And Masturbation: Ensure that you maintain a gap of at least 2 days between two sessions of sex or if you masturbate to relieve yourself, maintain the same gap. This will help to increase the sperm count significantly.
